4 PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT (GB)
Отчет о прибылях и убытках
Отчет о прибылях и убытках. Обязательный для всех компаний с ограниченной ответственностью в Великобритании бухгалтерский отчет о полученной прибыли или понесенных убытках за определенный период времени (обычно за год). В первой части отчета отражается доход от продаж компании за вычетом издержек производства, т.е. валовая прибыль (см. Gross profit), а также все изменения стоимости товарноматериальных запасов по сравнению с предыдущим отчетным периодом. Во второй части учитывается доход от всех других видов деятельности. Чистая прибыль исчисляется как разница между валовой прибылью и всеми другими видами издержек (см. Net profit). Из чистой прибыли вычетается налог на прибыль корпораций (см. Corporation tax), в результате чего определяется чистая прибыль за вычетом налогов. В третьей части приводится отчет о распределении чистой прибыли после уплаты налогов: прибыль может быть распределена среди акционеров в виде дивидендов или может быть реинвестирована (см.
